We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

As a Logistic Coordinator, you will oversee and manage our supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You will act as the key liaison between various stakeholders, including sales, customer service, S&OP, procurement, and production locations. Kekkilä-BVB is a leading provider of growing media and horticultural solutions in the D-A-CH region. Our commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence drives our success.

• Proficient in German and English; Dutch and Polish are preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in teamwork and collaboration across functions.
• Commercial acumen and understanding of customer needs.
• Proficiency in IT, automation knowledge, and data management tools.
• Ability to embrace change and be flexible in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage stress.
