Tactical Supply Planner

We are looking for a Tactical Supply Planner

Purpose of the role and main responsibilities:

• Role provides timely and accurate information by managing the supply-oriented S&OP/S&OE activities for Kekkilä-BVB factories , which supports trade-off decision making in order to achieve maximum results and delivery on customer promise.

• With the S&OP activities role is responsible for tactical (1-12 months) supply planning of the
  raw materials from multiple production sites located in our operating countries and coordinating the demand/supply balance by comparing demand and contracted volumes and working with OPS, Proc and Prod mgt to align on challenges.

• By coordinating the S&OE activities role supports adherence to the plans by signaling (possible) shorter term deviations and by suggesting courses of actions combined with stakeholders from the various functions role closely collaborates with.

• Role also supports coordination of the long term planning (1-5 years) using the data and tools available, both from a strategic raw material perspective and to support visibility of investment needs.

• Role is data and process oriented in achieving those results.

Requirements:

• At Least BSC but preferred MSC completed study in Supply Chain Management or similar

• Knowledge and understanding of supply chain planning and inventory management principles

• Experience in production planning and supply chain

• Have affinity with analyzing data and visualizing data for other internal stakeholder

• Experience in collaboration and influencing cross functional teams and production sites

• Able to make trade off decisions based on different functional needs focusing on company level best results

• Must be organized and accurate with excellent and effective follow-up skills

• Ability to work on multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and set priorities while maintaining flexibility in a fast-paced environment

• Analyzing and identifying opportunities for continuous improvements, and developing strategies to optimize processes

• Strong Excel, PowerBI, and project skills

• Experience in utilizing ERP (BC/D365) and planning (IBM PA) software

• Fluent English

• Location TBD, but preferably De Lier, willingness to travel

• Adaptiveness to change
