Neova Group ICT function is responsible of developing and delivering all ICT services for Neova Group’s businesses in 11 countries and customers in over 100 countries. We are looking for a new key player in our highly-skilled, motivated, and energized ICT team.

We are looking for a ICT Business Relationship Manager to work for Kekkilä-BVB Central Business Area in Netherlands

The primary responsibilities of a Senior ICT Business Relationship Manager (later BRM) are:

• The BRM acts as a liaison between the ICT function and the business stakeholders, facilitating communication, collaboration, and alignment.

• The BRM understands the business needs, challenges, and opportunities, and translates them into ICT requirements, solutions, and services.

• The BRM also ensures that the ICT function delivers value to the business, by managing the expectations, satisfaction, and feedback of the business stakeholders.

• The BRM plays a vital role in bridging the gap between the business and ICT perspectives, and fostering a strategic partnership that enables mutual success. Normally ICT BRM is a member of business management teams.

• Employee shall also perform such other duties or responsibilities as the company may from time to time assign to the employee.

To succeed in this position, we expect you to have: 

• Master of engineering or ICT or similar knowledge gained based on long experience

• Solid knowledge of:

  • Business IS systems (e.g. ERP, CRM, Fina, Logistics, production, Invoicing, etc.)

  • Office automation systems (Microsoft M365)

  • At minimum basic knowledge on OPS related operational and automation systems and their relation to Business IS systems

  • ICT management

  • ICT project management and system development

  • ICT service management and its processes (ITIL)

  • Legacy and cloud infrastructure management

  • Information and infrastructure security and cyber threat matters

  • Solid understanding on the demands of process industry for a good ICT service

• Ability express himself in English and Dutch in both written and spoken.

• Ability to act as personnel manager (for a small internal team team) as well as lead international and local 3.rd party outsourcing partners and subcontractors

• Minimum experience on similar tasks/duties – 10 years
